Stirling Court Hotel has 150 complimentary car parking spaces which are operated on a first come first serve basis. Parking in the hotel car park is free to guests.
A barrier system is in operation however guests must also input their car registration number immediately upon entering the hotel. If guests do not submit their car registration on arrival this will result in a private parking notice.
When conference attendees arrive and the barrier is down they should take a ticket and the barrier will open. On departure, delegates should go to reception and they will be provided with a paper ticket which has a bar code. This should be scanned on departure and the barrier will open.
If the hotel car park is full, alternative parking is available in the main University campus. This is chargeable via the parking metres.
The Conference will take place in the Blair Atholl Meeting Room in the Stirling Court Hotel.
Dress code for the Conference is Smart Casual.
Registration will take place from 09.00-09.30hrs in the Foyer of the Hotel.
Delegates only need to register once for the duration of their stay at the Conference.
DELEGATE BADGES AND PACKS
Upon registering, delegates will receive a name badge and a Conference Pack.

A buffet lunch will be served in the Abbeycraig restaurant at 12.25hrs on the day of the Conference.
Overnight accommodation should be booked direct through the Stirling Court Hotel

The agreed rate is £85.00 per person per night, bed and breakfast.
Please ensure you receive confirmation of your booking.
The number of rooms reserved exclusively for the BDA is limited, therefore, to ensure your overnight stay we advise delegates book their accommodation as early as possible and at the latest by Friday 28 January 2022.
Breakfast will be served in the Abbeycraig restaurant from 07.00 – 09.00hrs.
Delegates are entitled to claim their travel costs from Conference funds. Delegates who live more than two hours travelling time from Stirling will also be entitled to claim their overnight accommodation.

Completed forms after Conference will be returned to the Treasurer, Dr Elizabeth Glass, by website form.
Other delegates choosing to stay overnight will be responsible for their own costs.
The Pre-Conference Dinner will take place the night before the Conference on Thursday 21 April 2022. This will be held in the Abbeycraig restaurant in the Stirling Court Hotel at 19.30hrs for 20.00hrs. Dress code is black tie. A drinks reception will also be held in the Conservatory prior to the dinner from 19:00hrs.
The Lifetime Achievement Award Ceremony to recognise the contributions made by Local Dental Committee members over the years to their LDCs and dentistry will take place at the dinner.
The Conference Treasurer, Dr Elizabeth Glass, will contact LDC Treasurers directly requesting payment of the levy.
